Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Origin Our devices, including iPhones and other electronics, are shipped directly from China. To ensure the safety and security of your order, all shipments are transported via registered airline cargo services.
Delivery Times

- International: 3–12 business days

Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped from China may be subject to customs inspection. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.
